  • 1 can Great Northern Beans, drained & washed
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth, low sodium
  • 1 can Tomatoes, Mexican-style
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, mild (or hot depending on your tastes)
  • 1 pkg Ranch Dressing dry mix
  • 1 pkg Taco mix, low sodium
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Adobo Mexican seasoning
  • 1 T Cilantro, freeze-dried & chopped (this ingredient is Optional)
