Ingredients

- 1 cup quick grits (not instant, not regular)
- 8 ounce log of garlic cheddar cheese, cubed (see comments above)
- ¼ cup half & half
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 ounces grated extra sharp white cheddar cheese (see comments above)
